Christoffer Ericsson

Have you ever heard the misconception that psychological safety means a soft, protective bubble where efficiency suffers because no one wants to cause discomfort, and everyone must be listened to?

Christoffer Ericsson makes it clear that this couldn’t be further from the truth! Psychological safety goes hand in hand with responsibility and accountability.

Christoffer is a lecturer and program director for the Master’s Degree in Emergency Care Systems Development and Leadership at Arcada University of Applied Sciences in Helsinki. He also serves as the director of operations at Arcada’s simulation centre, APSLC, and works as a simulation instructor.
